We have been involved in the creation, launch and day-to-day operation of buildings since 2005. We develop, operate and manage rental properties for ourselves and other owners. Because we also develop and invest ourselves, we assess every project from the perspectives of developer, owner and operator—and understand the financial risk involved. From the design stage onwards, we consider market demand, future trends, operating performance, financial planning, and the efficiency of maintenance and management. As an end-to-end operator, we understand how these decisions affect a property’s long-term performance.

We do not want merely to keep pace with the market. We want to understand where people’s needs are heading. Renting gives people the freedom to move to another city or country, change careers or start a family without every new stage of life tying them to one particular property.

This thinking also shapes our next direction. Together with our partners, we are planning properties with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments for long-term rental. This will allow people who have outgrown a studio to find a suitable home within our portfolio as relationships and families grow or their needs change.
